Freedom Trail Private & Custom

All Freedom Trail walking tours led by 18th-century costumed guides are available as private tours for families and individuals, school field trips, special events, and corporate team building, incentives, and convention activities. Private and custom tours may be tailored to fit any schedule and are available year round for any group size.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Private and custom tours are booked on a first-come first-serve basis and requests for dates or guides cannot be guaranteed. Booking school tours should be made as far in advance as possible; other group tour types should be made at least two weeks in advance. Tours booked within less than 48 hours will incur a $25 late fee. Same-day tour requests cannot be scheduled, however the Foundation encourages groups of 10 people or less to experience daily public tours. Public tour tickets (including Go Boston) may not be used for private and custom tours.

The Freedom Trail Foundation accepts private tour requests during regular business hours (Mondays - Thursdays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Fridays 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM), excluding Foundation holidays. Please call (617) 357-8300 or submit an inquiry form (link below) as soon as possible to begin the booking process.
